Operation Processes
-
The first step is to find out if your chosen wedding date is available. From there, we will find a time to meet up and get to know each other. This would be a chance for me to get to know you as a couple, and for you to get to know me! It is preferred that this meeting is done in person, but if that’s not possible we can have a chat over the phone. After this meeting, there is no obligation to secure me as your celebrant. Consider this meeting a chance to get to know me and decide if you think my personality and vibe is what you’re looking for in a celebrant!
-
Following this meeting, if you feel as though I’m the right celebrant for your special day, we can officially book it in and secure the date. We can also do this at the meeting if you feel ready to go! To confirm all bookings, a 25% nonrefundable deposit will be made by the couple – please note that your wedding date is not secure until this has been done
-
If you have chosen the Full Ceremony Experience Package with a unique and customisable ceremony, I’ll begin to work on creating your perfect ceremony. During this, we will chat pretty frequently to bounce ideas off each other. Please know that I invite any and all feedback – this is your day and it’s important that it feels right to you!
-
The Notice of Intendment Marriage (NOIM) documents is a legal document that will be lodged with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages. This document can be completed 18-months prior to your ceremony date, but no less than one month prior to the date. Again, this can either be done in person or online – however in person is always preferred
-
The remaining 75% of the payment is to be paid 14 days prior to your wedding
-
If you have chosen the Full Ceremony Experience Package, a ceremony rehearsal is included in this package. Not all couples opt for this; however I encourage it

-
If for any reason I am unable to perform this Contract (due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, pandemic, movement restriction, act of God or causes beyond my control), I will make every attempt to recommend a substitute celebrant per the provision in this contract. If a subsite celebrant cannot be found, I will provide a full refund
